It's either a Jaguar or a Jazzmaster. They're very similar, with a second set of roller controls on the upper left bout.

Thanks for the kind words. The only version I've been able to find is a jazz song that is entirely a different song. In the past the versions that I've seen are also different than this. I may have it in a Herb Alpert songbook. If I come across it, haha, I'll let you know.

Otherwise, it's pretty simple. The main part is Am G F E7. Each chord get's two beats. The melody is basically an A minor scale.
