I know there have been many discussions about Vocal Harmony, but if I may, I'd like to update the topic.

I'm looking for recommendations for an external VH for use with a PA600, or for a PSR-750. (Yes I'm thinking of it)

If you use an external VH, can you share your keyboard 'setup'?

Any opinions vs. the on board VH2 on the T4 and PSR950?

Thanks smirk

Hi Larry,
Well I have a PA600 on order and after watching the 6 videos and some of the demo videos I am very glad I have it coming. I believe one of the TC Helicon VHs are among the best but I don't know which one. I won't be doing anymore singing because of my Cervical Spin Surgery. Seems in the process it messes with your vocal cords - go figure.

Sorry to hear that Deane, hopefully it will improve and you'll be again crooning the women soon. wink Best wishes with the PA600, and keep us updated.

Someone mentioned this VH, TC-Helicon VoiceWorks

FWIW Larry, I use the Harmony M. Nice and easy, especially if like me, you only want to use say one, or at the MAX, two "harmony" voices. Although using midi data it can go to four voices.

It has the adaptive algorithms as well that pick up on your vocal and applies auto adjustment...can be used as a stomp box or with a footswitch if you want it on your keyboard...

Good thing about external boxes is it means you are not "tied" to the one keyboard....

PLUS - being pretty much discontinued you will get good deals on them! But they still sound excellent, even if discontinued.

Thanks Frank, I'll check that out too

Simple and fun is what I need.
I actually like the VH in the PSR-3000, so I'm looking to 'replace' that if I go with the PA600. (or the PSR-750)

Larry,

If you can wait till I return from this voyage, I'll send you one of my Digitech Vocalist VRs to try out. It's very easy to use, produces excellent results and is a rack-mount unit.

Let me know,

Gary cool
