Glad SOMEONE is satisfied with Ketron. Check Ketron history here.

Unless Frankie or another trusted DEALER could take care of it, if I had a problem with either of my old MS-60's, my Midjay or my SD-5, I scrap it rather than deal with the importer or associates.

The "pink" is the bubble wrap. When you order in bulk, they come in boxes and the boxes are spaced out with this bubble wrap (not sure who choose that color) before being packed up in a bigger box. That alone should hurt the eyes (what happened to the good old clear ones)?

Frankie is a great dealer - and a master of the products he carries and we do get some requests for repairs/updates/upgrades which he can't handle (and I must say he handles most pretty well indeed) - as this is the last stop before getting the factory in Italy involved (which has yet to happen).
Just as there is a saying "there is a difference between a priest who is born and one who is made", Frankie is one of those natural 'born' dealers!

I met AJ and DanO on a few occasions when they were performing demos for Ketron at Winter NAMM some years ago. Both are special friends and awesome musicians. They always showed off the best features of Ketron instruments. I always miss seeing them now that Ketron has stopped having a stand at NAMM.
