Thank you for your email, unfortunately the link you suggested wouldn't load - sometimes my computer rejects things as a precaution.
However, the reason for contacting you here is to say the downloaded copy of the KN SD Explorer tool you received did not work is because it came with a personal 'licence number' for your personal use only. If you have saved the original download to a floppy disk, you only have to reload it and type in your personal licence number, then it should work as before. If not, as has been suggested, I would contact Fred and discuss your problem with him. Fred is a very kind and helpful man and will do his utmost to help you. I can guess how you must be feeling not having the use of the KN SD Explorer tool, it is one of the best investments I've made during my lifetime and I certainly wouldn't want to be without it.
