I will be out in the trenches on Thanksgiving for a 1 hr show...
I love giving back & being part of brightening up some peoples day on this holiday......
on top of that it's my PA3x maiden Voyage also, should be a fun time.....then back home in plenty of time for dinner with my family after this terrible storm and devastation around here I am a lucky man.. Enjoy everyone & be thankful for what you have, I know .

I just got back from the 1st PA3x gig.....

it went better then expected.....I just needed to hear it at full performance vol....made some needed MAXX Audio adjustments and baby the PA3x was amazing!! it really sounds so live,
so real...I love it, very close to the Audya IMO......can't wait to play again on tomorrows gig...and then at a nightclub dinner gig also Saturday, wanna use it in different scenarios,..................once I got the whole songbook synced to styles factory & third party,....made a few adjustments here and there, sts, pads, EQ, etc,... ..I was good to go,...
that took about two whole days of editing I'd say 20 hrs total, most of the Songbook typing was already done from the PA500,.......The TC Helicon vocal processor is just Amazing best tracking VH unit for sure..I'll make final tweaking adjustments as I play on stage in real time as I go along, only way to get it right,... I'm very happy with the Kb and hope to have many enjoyable gigs in the future, not a fan of pedals but might even get the MC5 pedal like I had with the Pa800 to maximize the playing experience.....just a joy to play.....

btw was I the only one that worked thanksgiving day?

I did 12 hours on lite piano, with a bandage and brace on my index finger of my left hand. It was at my club. I was supposed to do 6 hours (easy hours...lots of breaks) and a friend who is head of the keyboard program at a nearby University was supposed to relieve me. NEVER SHOWED UP!

$1200.00 ($100.00 an hour) is a help...it's going into the kids center I'm working on. I just had my family come to the club (we go there every Sunday for dinner). We'll try to take our dinner from home to a shelter today.
