Friday exactly one week ago I ordered the new styles.
Payed with paypal. Last tuesday got an email from paypal
that styles were send. I have send an email to ketron Uk
Yesterday, no answer and no styles.

What to do now

I ordered 19th of dec and got it 2 weeks later...

Maybe in the netherlands it´s the same than in germany, customs...

You should wait until next friday before you upset

Hi Allie,

you should have get 2 mails. In one of the mail there is a tracking number from royal mail given. I didn't saw that at first, Darren was so kind and sent me the tracking number also.
It tooks also about 2 weeks, but I think it was due to Christmas

I wonder if your email account is working correctly?

According to your email header you sent the email on Thu, 10 Jan 2013 18:35:41 +0100 which is after working hours for us. ( 25 minutes to 8 pm UK time to be exact).

The email was forwarded to me at 10am this morning when the office checked their emails and I picked up the email and replied to you at lunch time once I arrived in from my first appointment ( 11/01/2013 12:20pm)

However, You should have received an email from the paypal system with your tracking number on once it was posted. (I know this because I processed your order, got in my car and drove to the post office, once back in the office I entered your tracking info into paypal personally )If you go to to www.royalmail.com and enter your tracking number into 'track my item' you can see its progress

When I checked and emailed you earlier it said the package was in your country - so its in the hands of your postal service now.

We use International Signed for which is the most secure, fastest and most expensive option (air not sea) , but its odd, because it seems to be faster sending items to the USA than it does to Europe...not sure why that is. There was a slight delay in sending (Tuesday instead of Monday) as I was not in the office that day and my colleague could not take on the additional workload - sorry.

My email works good but didnt recieve any from ketron UK maybe something ele wrong but
now I know that all will be ok

Could anyone try please the "quickstep_time", any intro, and then to variation "A". I can hear a little "hanhing" there, maybe a 10th of a second, but I can hear it ! To "B" and "C" it maybe a 20th of a second, to "D" it´s OK.

( It was already before I changed to SSD )

I can hear them also, but this is a general topic of styles with Audio drums. There are some of them also on the built in styles.

Hi,I try to find the 60s power ballad (My Way)in the folder user styles unplugged that i download from the UK usb styles (Robert)the other 4 styles is ok

Hi, I think you are searching for "Whiter_Ballad" USER STYLE > UMPLUGGED > at the end of Styles with an invers V, I send you a photo

Thanks - andreurivero is correct. In future we will need to be more careful about style naming and description as it has caused some confusion. We should also have included the (R) for riff where appropriate but in the haste to get the styles out before the holiday forgot that too!
