If you had a face-to-face opportunity to ask a very good Yamaha Tech Support guy questions about your keyboard - what would you want to ask him?

What, not a single question anyone here would like to ask a tech rep?
I'am surprised.

Gosh Deane I've never had a problem with any of my Yammies, so no tech support questions really. And Yamaha is the only brand for which I can say this is true.

Now a heart-to-heart talk with someone in their R&D department, THAT's a different story! But that's not what you asked wink

Yamaha Arrangers and Workstations have a high level of quality and reliability. Never had an issue with my Tyros 3 or Motif XF.
Check out the Motif Forum. Very rarely is there a post about a problem and if there is most of the time it's Operator error or not understanding the product.

Yes, the better question is what would say to the top R&D person?

On my PSRA2000, when I use the sustain pedal, I have sometimes a note who is sounding very loud. I don't know why.

Maybe a bug?

I think everything that could, and would be said to the R&D person has already been posted on the "Yamaha Listens" thread.
