Call me crazy but this demo was much better than the bk9 on one of the other threads. These styles i could actually use.

Very roughly, he’s saying, here is a korg musikant, Micro SD Card, which contains 400 songbook entries, 150 styles, 8 drum kits, over 150 sounds, 228 performances and 199 pads. He is demo-ing some of those styles and sounds etc. He is also saying that this software is especially created for mainly German, Austrian and Swiss Players. If you want it, it is 145 Euros from Thomann (German online superstore).

Hi Frans

I like this keyboard a very much, sounds mega professional.

If I purchase the PA 600 and then load the data from this card,

styles sounds etc, will I still have access to all the other

features on the standard PA600 as well ( if you know what I

mean)

Frank

Here's something very important to understand:
The MicroSD card DOES NOT CONTAIN styles or sounds, it only has the role of a dongle for this particular .set.
The set with all the new styles, performances, ect is loaded from the USB stick.
And it is a simple set. You can use all the other sets, or any other content without issues.

Above is a quote from Chasbee's post.

This is what's on the German Thomann's site, below

Hi Frank,
You need the sd card because the samples are protected but you can download the set here
After you have insert the SD card you can load the set from a usb stick in the PA600.

Yes all the factory styles and sounds remain in the PA600 after you have load the Musikant files. In fact now you have 2 keyboards in one smile

^^^ I am curious if is possible to still use the styles without the microSD, if you don't need the new sounds...
Does the .set load?
Anyone?
If that was possible, I'd be very interested in getting a PA600...

Yes you can use the styles without the SD card but they doesn't sound as they should be because they use the samples the set is coming with.

I understand that limitation, but it'd be ok with me. After all, there is a ton of sounds on board, something might do the trick...
Thanks for letting me know.
