I assume they mean solder, now without being stupid re this, I am not suggesting that people start pulling the Audya apart, and ripping connectors off and soldering. What I would do if this is correct is take it to a electronic technician who knows what to do properly and get them to do it.
Can you confirm AJ that this deffinately is the fix to this problem.
Thanks
Robbo I have said this all along, things get mixed up in translation and here is a classic example. Ketron should not be putting out this kind of information, I take it you have cut and pasted the text from their email. No one should be taking the top off a new ketron and going in with any tools least of all a solder iron, if you balls it up do you think they would take it back, they won't even take it back to do the job themselves, if you have tested the plugs ie pushed them home or take the loose screws out of the inside of the KB, screwed them back where they should be and you still keep loosing the left channel take it back from whence it came and let the dealer fix it. From a man of many years of experience taking the top off, bottles and KBs.
