Play softly, or turn up the amp and you won't hear the keys, I wouldn't send it back because of that, I would need a much better excuse, like can't find my way around the menus, mind you Ron I don't play over the phone much these days, people put the phone down on me and I have been playing for 30 mins and they are gone, often wondered why
