You can use a Keyboard, Accordion or any other Midi controller to achieve similar or better results!

To much hassle during a performance... this is where they invented midi or audio tracks..

That guys a good guitar player, but I can't understand how the latency in the midi piano sounds don't drive him crazy. He must be in the honeymoon stage with the new sounds and stopped listening to the overall sound. Modern OMBs that use guitar have it much tougher than the guys lugging the keys.

He does not use an midi guitar for changing chords he use his foots . The guitar is not midi guitar,it is an electro accoustic.
No delay with that .Shure with midi guitar it is more difficult to play .

Everyone does it different...I have seen these many years ago, nothing new here....I'm sure with todays newer gear an act like this can be done as a One Man guitar player much easier for sure.

It is a midi guitar, and he is triggering the lead notes from the strings. That is where I noticed the latency. It may be a combination of technique and hardware, but the piano sounds very unrealistic to me.
