I'll bet UD wishes he was the guy on the stage here. Just sayin! We got dumped on during the night, just an inch or two on the driveway, but this was easy to get off with the snow blower - only took about 30 minutes, but at 10 degrees, that was longer than I would like to be outdoors, and wasn't worth calling the snow plow guy and spending $100. Beside, I needed the exercise. Damned Margarettas make you fat, but they sure taste great. Gary

Mainly very cold here (-20 C)...just had about 11 inches of snow on top of what had melted/dissolved the day before when it hit a balmy 9 C with rain. Now it's hard to tell what is soft snow and what is frozen slippery ice that looks like snow. Walking is especially tricky. I'm very used to driving in bad weather, but some days it's just not worth beating the daylights out of the car, or, risking getting hit by a driver who hasn't learned to slow down. Then there are the hot-doggers who can't wait to go ripping around in their 4-wheel drive pickups and SUV's, not realizing that although their vehicle can get better traction pulling away, it isn't any better than a regular car when it comes to stopping on really slippery roads. oh oh...just looked out the window...more snow. Ah well...it is WINTER after all. Ian
