Very nice! The new Midjay Pro is finally for sale here in Italy, but the first reports by actual users are kind of depressing: after a delay of two years in the release it's still bug-ridden, so a second hand (but mint) Audya 4 looks the way to go, to get the Ketron sound. My Audya 4 is for sale... but then its being repaired currently in Itally, its the 4th time i had to send it back... Sure its still under guarantee and for free, but missing your ketron 2 or 3 months every time its send for repairs just socks big time.. On top of that,,, the solo voices are in my opinion less dynamic then the current sounds of Yamaha and Korg.. The styles however are top notch... audio styles are great, tough they are much harder to eddit then midi styles.. Bachus That why I sold mine, just dreaded it not booting up one day and there were some embedded problems in memory, don't know why Ketron don't try their hand at something like the MS, its Italy you can do what you want. Its a great pity just listen to that piano sound brilliant, it will always have its followers and it is way cheaper than a Tyros 5 if you buy it from Germany, only about £3000., but you won't get the backing of a Yamaha KB Ketron don't have the clout. Sad to hear about your Audya Tony

Using Audio does have it's limitations such as not being able to alter reverb, volume or else on an individual component within the AUDIO drums, AUDIO bass or AUDIO guitar tracks that are used in conjunction with Midi data for a style (for this, you have to rely on what's provided). The Drum 2 (percussion or Groove) track together with the Chords 1-4 tracks (Midi based) do retain this possibility. However, you are able to make such edits to the entire track (e.g Drums, Bass, Guitars).
Now - for the Audio tracks, limited editing such as applying EQ to specific frequencies, adjusting the overall volume of the individual Audio tracks or replacing them instantly with other audio tracks of your choise is available and possible (through AUDYA's AUDIO MODELLING).
We are also working on making the AUDIO DRUMS available as a super midi Drum kit (mapped accross the keyboard with a GM map) which will allow you to now have the maximum editing capabilities (including all those listed above) with a great Drum kit that rivals those available with VSTs. This will now not only allow you enjoy the editing power of midi AND the authenticity and quality of audio ... in one keyboard, but also create and use your own 'groove'/Drum Arrangement with Styles or Midifiles!
Midi or Audio individually doesn't quite cut it with the demands of today's music, but our HYBRID is as pretty close to the real thing as you can get.
Have a wonderful new year 2014 and for all those who have supported us in 2013, a special thank you and 'bonus' comes your way!
Thanks.

Ian, Happy new year to you too. Just returned from your neck of the woods (Hamilton Canada) for a 3 days Christmas break with the family. How far are you from there? Also went to Toronto for about 7 hours ... Checking out the Canadian Arranger waters!. What a drive!
Thanks.
I'm quite a ways from Hamilton AJ...Cape Breton Island is off the east coast of Nova Scotia, so it's quite a drive, especially this time of year. As far as I know, Quebec is Canada's most arranger friendly province...it was where we sold the most Electone organs back in the day, too. There are also more white grand pianos sold there than anywhere else in Canada...a bit of useless trivia...ha ha! Ian
