That's it - I declare an ALL OUT Buying Freeze! I vow not to buy anymore gear for the rest of the year! I will enjoy the stuff I have, finish this homemade pizza and get a good night's sleep.

Buying freeze on for me as far as musical equipment goes, but after April my pension will increase to the point where I can look at another addition, probably Casio PK-5S as it will fulfill two roles...(1) An 88-note weighted action controller with four zones. (2) A fully programmable synth with a different tone generator than what is in what I already have in the Tyros4.

Right now, all my funds are needed for keeping my car in shape. At 167,000 km I need to change Timing Belt and water pump on my 2002 Accord SE 4 cylinder VTEC (150 hp.)...Current mileage is approximately 155,000 km so I have a bit of leeway.

If the timing belt breaks it can completely ruin the engine...the water pump is usually changed while the front of the motor is apart.

The car is otherwise in great shape having just passed the required by law (every two years) Vehicle Inspection.

After that's done I can focus on getting additional music gear.

Ian
