It's probably been posted before but this is beautiful, such fantastic sounding keyboards, how can anybody go wrong with today's instruments. I am really liking the PA900 in this demo, the Bossa style is sublime, the bassline and the drums blend so well and sound very realistic.

Dan ... if it has been posted, I may have missed it ... funny thing is you play a 950 and are complimenting the 900, while I play a 900 and actually thought the sax on the 950 sounded better ...
but I do LOVE the Bossa styles in the 900 ... and I usually play them with the Soft Latin sax which I really like ...

Both were very, very good, but to my aging ears, the S-950 sounded as if it had more depth and quality to the sax. To my knowledge this has never been posted prior to now.

Thanks,

The Korg's sax is a little brighter (and "honkier") and a tad shallower, but both are very well done indeed.

I hope the next PSR S-series has some SA2 Sax sounds, especially the SA2 Jazz Sax found on the Tyros4 which has even more realism due to the SA button controls and player's technique affecting pitch bends and scoops.

But, neither of these Mid-Range instruments have nothing to be ashamed of...keyboard sounds are becoming almost alarmingly real, and sometimes the only difference might be the skill of the player in doing instrument emulations.

The demonstrator in the clip is a competent player, to be sure.

I can't decide which one I like better...they both have their merits, and they are both very realistic, but in slightly different ways...probably in the way two different brand saxophones would sound being played by the same performer.

I'm glad they were re-posted, as I missed them the first time around.

Both are fine units, and both are a great bang-for-the-buck.
