You want cold? Here's the cold-ass prairie for ya. Read the synopsis for Tuesday night. I put it in Fahrenheit for the benefit of you guys down south. http://weather.gc.ca/forecast/city_e.html?ab-50&unit=iOh, BTW, this is not really 'in the tank' for us yet. Probably more to come yet. I believe Edmonton gets the lowest temperatures in Canada, rivaling even places on Baffin Island. Do you ever get "ice fog", 124? I was in Goose Bay Labrador many years ago, playing at the US Air base, and one evening we weren't allowed to go outside unless we had something to cover our nose and mouth, as the ice particles in the fog would rip the lungs out of you. I have friends who worked out west and say the winters are brutal...you can get frostbite in a very short time, and not even realize it;'s happened, until you get back inside in the heat again. Ian

Ian Yep, little (or large) white patches of hard skin under your eyes and on your cheeks isn't a good thing. I learned this the hard way.
