Other than Easter Parade and Peter Cottontail what songs do you play for Easter gigs?
Thank you ...
Auto correct changed 'gigs' to 'guys' ... don't like doing this on my phone ...

I just changed the title for you. But you know you can do that yourself in the first few hours after making a post. Just click on Edit and the title can be edited.

How about Easter Parade?

Frank Zappa - Watermelon in Easter Hay

Realistically, there's not really many songs, other than religious, that are dedicated to Easter. I assume, however, the reason you were hired in the first place was for the music you regularly perform, and that, other than the few songs posted above, would be what I would go with.

Good Luck,

Actually, every song that mentions the word "heaven" could somehow relate to Easter - but that's a wide interpretation of course ;-)...

Nigel ... thank you ... I didn't ealize the EDIT feature worked for the subject as well ...
and thanks, guys ... your responses proved what I thought ... there just aren't (m)any Easter songs - other than religious ones, of course ...

Worked for a pastor once named Andy. You can imagine the fun we had with that.

I have a 1-2pm gig on Easter Sunday a very upscale
Independent Living facility & quite honestly will be playing my usual show which they all love. I have included
Frank Fontaine's version of "Easter Parade", & of course the "Bunny Hop"

Then afterwards back home for a wonderful family dinner with all the kids & grand kids....Life is Good !
