Sold my Pa600 today to a fine gentleman from MA ... I KNOW it has a fine home ... actually, I guess I could say I 'traded' my Pa600, because after the transaction I IMMEDIATELY went to a store and purchased a new BBQ grill with the cash ... bounce

This baby will be on the deck in a couple of days, in plenty of time for the Memorial Day festivities ... grin

Nice rig for "GRILLING" Tony,....but, for "REAL BBQ" you need a smoker for slow & low cooking ribs, brisket at 200- 225 for 10-14 hrs.. etc..

Donny ... the 'smoker' is just off the patio ... it has produced MANY portions of smoked ribs, pulled pork, etc. ...
YUMMY!!!

The next jam should be a NORTHEAST JAM !!! ... Oh YEAH, baby ... I can see it now... smoked ribs, pulled pork and Lydia's LASAGNA !!! laugh2

When I get a chance, I shoot a photo of my grill - my smoker is separate and next Thursday, when the salmon are completely brined, they'll go into the smoker with hickory chips, all 10 pounds of fillets. OH YEAH. Almost forgot, I intend to have some Jack Daniels pulled port BBQ here as well. Don't want you skinny guys to fall away to nothing. wink
