Looks like Korg is beta testing a 76 key version of the Pa900 without speakers.

http://zaxosmusic.gr/el/2059/product/Korg+Pa3XLe/

Might be interesting, for those who always take a PA system with them, but I noticed the weight is nearly 30lbs even without speakers. Hope the keybed is at least as good as the Pa3X.

And it would be nice if it had 256 megs ram, but the keyboard is probably going to be like the pa900 not the pa3x.

Still, if you like a 76 and have much of the guts of a Pa3X, this one fits the bill.

I am still vey much engaged with my Pa3x, its a beast, and on the ruling end of professional arrangers.. Its only natural to have so much offspring...

I heared rumors of an 88 key version with improved piano samples, but it could very well have been this one.

Looking forward to next year, because if Korg stays concistent we will see a PA4x ...

Anyone heard anything more about this Pa3xLE? I was just about to buy a PA900, but would much prefer the 76 key version.

Thanks for the link. So it actually exists. I hope it's released soon.

Looks like a longer 900 without speakers.

seems overhere in europe, the typically homeplayer arranger buyers all go for the 76 key version...... for TOTL arrangers its 2 76 key versions versus 1 61 key version for every T5 or PA3X they sell...

And Rolands topmodel as well as the orriginal Audya only sold in 76 keys... i think 76 keys is becomming the norm..

This is much more like pa900 than pa3x. No MAXX sound processing, no using fc 5 controller, no bank of multi_use programmable sliders which double as drawbars, no individual buttons for sound selection, etc . . .
I think it is misnamed.

In Romania, it says it is available and it costs about 2.450 euro.

Given that this is basically a Pa900, I hoped we could see a better price, in the range of BK-9, that is no more than 2.100 euro. But anyway, nice addition to Pa3x offsprings.

It's just a 900 with extra keys and NO speakers - bad trade off in my view.
