Thanks very much, Folks, Gilbert, I only edited voices from the 01 and 02 cards because it was an easier starting point, and I'm lazy. You could edit some sounds from a straight 6000 and get a very similar results with a little time... there are 2 other songs on the MP3 DEMOS page. Alain, your Finale is a midi data editor and score writer. To make a cd record the audio line out into a wave recording program. Windows sound recorder will give a very basic result for free. All sequencer programs available now have one or more stereo audio wave recorders built in, see http://www.synthzone.com/ubbs/Forum25/HTML/000532.html Peter, yes, thin is not a description I would recognise in comparison with the competition at the equivalent prices. Carol, playing ability is a matter of degree, to me playing like Ashkenazy is an impossible dream. Ashkenazy maybe wishes he could play like Horowitz! Someone who has never seen a keboard before probably thinks I could play, its all relative... that's all I mean. A good easy play arranger allows an amateur to fool you he can really play Scott, coming from a good player (and vocalist) like yourself that's cool. Gunnar, hope your 5000 subwoofer still works!

Good Job Alec. Thanks for sharing with us. I really like the other songs on Walt's site that you did, too. The work that you do here on this forum is really appreciated by all. Thank you so much for the time and wisdom that you share here. Thanks again, everyone, yes, Pete, the markup over here for such stuff is depressing. If you like risks, do what I do and get it direct from the States, there are worthwhile savings to be made, even if you have to pay the duty (need to check everything out carefully by email first naturally). You can get a usb 4x4x6 for £150 or cheaper here quite easily, but I really would get something with buffer under-run technology - it is worth it in the long run. Wow! Bill, you still have a pair of Leak Sandwitch? Didn't they have the aluminium cones? They must be worth real money now in Japan to an enthusiast... I still have my Spendors but won't risk them with the keyboard, the Kef References just won't blow up whatever you throw at them Bud, that was the best style on the entire piano! Thanks, Bebop, and to you too.

Before my time, I'm afraid, but I've read about it all, from the original Williamson amplifier?? in Wireless World?? in the 40s?
The Quad was then the first to 0.01 distortion amp?
They still market a valve Quad today, have you seen the prices?.... Whew!!!!Worked the last time I had it switched on!! Can't remember about the valves. Sits beside my Rogers cadet 3! Amp!! Gave away my Quad, funny, never liked it. Just given away a pair of B&W, Sony badged, electrostatic speakers, showing their age. Still have a B&O 4000 Receiver, and a lovely designed B&O Cassette Deck. Could go on!!!!! Walter.
