Donny,

I've always thought a Yamaha Digitech collaboration would be a natural since Yamaha's VH2 is really sub par. If money were no object a PAx3 would definitely be the logical choice.

God Bless,
Don

P.S. In recording, I agree doing it for real is always an option. I get a lot of practice with that in church. Often the songs will be keyed lower so I make up a harmony in order to sing more comfortably.

Yes Don, I'm a Maritimer, born and raised in Cape Breton.. The Digitech sounds great and the price you mentioned $400.00 is very reasonable. I listened to your other recording, sounds great. You are a natural for Everly Brothers tunes and the Digitech Harmonies work really well. Your original tune was a very nice tribute. Great stuff. Take Care.

I actually purchased a TC Helicon Voice Live 3 but switched it and got a Digitech Vocalist Live Pro... I didn't care for the Tc Helicon having to go into menu after menu for making minor adjustments like volumes and reverb... The Digitech has knobs right on the front of the unit for fast simple adjustments.... Sound was pretty close to equal for me.... Ron

Yes, Ron,
I found the Voice live two very fiddly and seemingly marketed for today's gimmicky vocalists. What serious singer wants to use distortion on the voice or that nauseous T-Payne auto tune. The Digitech gives me what I need without delving into multilayered menus only to find something that needs to be edited to be useable.

God Bless,
Don
