I talked with Boo on the telephone last week. From what he told me, the outlook was bleak at best. My deepest condolences to Boo and Penny.

So sorry. It really bites when a friend is hurting and there is so little you can do but support them in their pain.

Dear BrickBoo:

My heart is saddened to know you've lost your son. I can only imagine how I would feel if I lost one of my children or grand-children. My prayers are with you and yours. Time tends to heal all wounds but the good memories will linger. After you have done your best to comfort the rest of the family, remember to take some private time for yourself to mourn.

All my best wishes,

Dave Rice
