Great voice.

I wouldn't buy a used guitar from her.

Jerryghr

clap Nice job well done !....I have heard some of the best musicians & singers of all kinds in the streets of New York City and in the Subways growing up......they don't get the respect deserved,...proving its not the talent which it should be but who you know and of of course all about the mighty $$$$$$ and who can make it from your talents.. wink

Ps: the Bose has nothing to do with it cool2 .....
she would sound good on any good PA..

I disagree, Donny. The clarity and overall sound quality of the Bose systems is unsurpassed, and this obviously shows through with her vocals. Those vocals sound quite crisp and clean to me - not muddied at all.

As for whether or not her talents get discovered or recognized, that has always been a crap shoot. Yes, having connections makes a huge difference, however, it's often up to the performer to make those connections on their own in order to be successful. I too have met many fantastic and very talented individuals in the wonderful world of entertainment, many of which will never be discovered and go main stream. It's just the nature of the business.

Cheers,

Gary cool

Donny, I'm not hearing any distortion at all, but what the Hell, I'm old and deaf. And, I'm very glad you are happy with those Yamaha speakers. Of course, you have been happy with all the other sound systems you've had in the past as well. I suspect you will see Yamaha come out with a NEW vertical array sound system in the not too distant future - everyone else has.

This a good example of how a great vocal performance can be still effective with a very simple accompaniment.

Paul, I agree. Kinda like the way I performed 50 years ago when I first got out of the U.S. Navy. It was me singing my heart out, plunking chords on a 6 string acoustic guitar, run through an old pawn-shop, tube amp, a beat to Hell Shure mic and sitting on a bar stool for 4 hours on Friday nights.

Cheers,

Gary cool

I listened to this twice trying to hear the "great vocal performance". Not exactly how I'd label it. But then again, different strokes for different folks.
