I'm still waiting for the tracking number although I'm thinking that my videos have never been sent.

Disgusted with the lousy service, empty promises and what else not!

If I could I would just send my keyboard back and run over to the other side.

Once the money's been sent, it's all over. Service? Replying email? I must be last on the waiting list.

These were sent last week. I will retrieve and send you the tracking numbers once I get back into the office later this week. Do note however that due to some storms that were experienced around that time, there was a delay in getting UPS to pick up the DVDs.
