I would also probably opt to play the recorded version during a break but that's more due my skills. I don't think I could do a half convincing Pit Bull style rap and the vocal goes a bit high. If someone could rap like Pit Bull and pull off the vocal too, I don't why it couldn't be done on a keyboard. Easy changes, the little horn riff sounds quite playable. Just wondering why you wouldn't do it Donny? You sing and play great. I'm sure you do it if you wanted to.

gig audiences vary week by week for me don't assume its all Nh & seniors ,....only older tables were the guy having the 80th birthday and parents & neighbours. Of course, I could come up with some cockamamie version on the S950 but these kids today wanna hear the ORIGINAL versions of these songs!! You gotta know your limits & mix it up in today's world baby!

Donny, I showed you mine - show me yours! I played for a bunch of spring break kids in the keys - those were the ones that never dropped a dime in the tip jar. They danced all night, drank lots of Margarettas, but never tipped. I guess tipping would have cut into their booze money. Funny thing happened there. A local sheriffs deputy arrived one night just after I finished performing for the evening. The spring breakers evacuated the place like roaches when the lights came on. I kinda suspect they were not of drinking age, or were really over the .08 alcohol limit. Fun to watch on the dance floor, though.
