Hi AJ,
I would not even try to convert Ketron Audya or SD7 styles. I do not believe for a moment that any other arranger would be able to play Ketron styles like a Ketron arranger does.
What Yamaha does is add mega voice technology to all those voices that could like i.e. guitars, flutes, brass, violin, strings. This GREATLY improves any older type of styles, even from the older Ketron SD1 styles. This is what I'm trying to demonstrate in the demos.
So if any 3rd party style converter could convert i.e. Korg or Roland styles properly to Yamaha format, then Yamaha's Mega Enhances can update many voices to their latest Mega voice technology - I mean not just change the voice, but add slides, nuiances and many other things to it. This really make some older styles come alive.
However, nothing beats the Audya when it comes to realism. But like I aid, nothing beats Yamaha when it boils down to styles & the sheer variety of them.
Cheers,
Henni
