There are some things you dont get to choose..

Overhere in Holland, the youth and the whole community is much more sporty then 50 years... We currently are the country in the western world with the least overweighted people, and next to using their phones our youth is either sporting, studying, partying or gaming..... That doesnt sound to bad to me.

Agree....but the electronic technology has done wonders for the keyboardist and electronic musician.

Has it really? confused1 or has it just taken us away from REALLY Playing an instrument without all the bells and electronic whistles leaving us as just operators that push buttons making us believe we are playing when the machine is actually doing all the work? When is the last time you picked up an acoustic instrument, and just became one with it like a piano, guitar, accordion, violin, trumpet, sax, etc, etc,.. As good as technology is,.... is as Bad as technology is IMO.

Very good points. The more one knows about about music and proper instrument playing is going to probably abuse the technology least. I think from that perspective technology can benefit the musician.
At least I can put my organist and vocalist training into good use into my retirement years and take advantage of technology. Yes, it is easy to get lazy with technology, but I don't have to haul around a Hammond or Leslie cabinet around.
