I did 2 weeks a summer for 4 summers on Carnival when in Graduate school. Trouble is, it was two identical (to the minute) trips. I played for 5 dinner sittings a day. @nd week was BORING!

I could trade some of the pay for better quarters, which i did.Still went home with $500.00 per week (It was a long time ago) and the only vacations I had had in years.

Sounds interesting. Finding a steady gig like this might be a bit of an adventure...or a big hassle at my age.
