Hi Yanuar-N, OK, let me try again, at the risk of repeating my self ad nausium. I suspect that the Synth Zone text compiler has been trying to interpret any text between the pair of "<" and ">" characters as html commands or UBB Codes, according to what features have been selected in my user profile. So, I am dropping the "<" and ">" in this post, and cross my fingers again . . . . The manual (online/PDF) of KN1000 is unavailable from http://service.us.panasonic.com, which only supplies the manuals for the following models: SXKN1400 SXKN1500 SXKN1600 SXKN2400 SXKN2600 SXKN5000 SXKN6000 SXKN6500 SXKN7000 SXKN720 SXKN920 SXKN930 You might want to send the people there a query at http://service.us.panasonic.com/Feedback/default.aspx. Good luck! Khai

hello khai,
the main reason why i 'moved' from psr to sxkn (yes, 2600 and 1000) is simply the technicality in MIDI programming. i'm by no means a keyboardist (in fact, i'm an organist, playing real pipe orgel, not "drawbar organ" function in the keyboards .. :-) ...), but an ICT system analyst, in particular interest: MIDI.
i am conducting experiment in MIDI and trying to explore capabilities of technics currently. i think, our research team has done with psr MIDI programming.
btw: by saying "programming", what i mean is a true computer/algorithm-controlled programming (including producing new sounds, etc), not keyboard programming, sequencing, as people usually do.
sorry if this frank answer disappoints you, as a keyboardist.
cheers, y
