Bachus or Rosetree will know, but I think that board is a 'cheapo' German brand that has two different brand names - sort of like slapping a Chevy or GMC badge on the same half-ton.

The price is 299 euros. So more or less right from the junk shop.
I just got informed in some German forums that Fame and Medeli are more or less the same, and the Deebach arranger also uses the same Medeli as keyboard hardware with a different interior and better samples.

Anyway, the Medeli seems to be used as a mere hardware body in some cases like the Deebach, the interior is exchanged. In case of Deebach, not only different (software) samples are loaded, but the chips are exchanged, too. In the Deebach video it is said that the sounds with their filters are implemented as hardware tone generation in the form of chips.
