sounds pretty horrible to me, hope my PA4X once it arrives and once it has been tweaked will sound a lot better otherwise I will have wasted a few grand !!! Even the balance between the acc. section and the righthand sounds is poor. Awful really. Just listen to some of Don Mason's recordings with the PA4X while performing to an audience. Compared to those this demo is hardly Casio quality...And the songs, how corny can you get ?!!

I've found that in the past, a lot of the Musikant styles are the same as the ones we have, but there are some exceptions and additions, and some with the same name are tuned and set up differently. I've always been able to fine a few gems in the MK collections! Thank you for the kind remarks, John. I will try to find time to post some more songs soon, but it is prime fishing time here! Priorities!!
Hi John. The songs doesent matter, to me it's the "non CDish" sound I find better for MY taste. As I wrote, "I like ..." and also have listened to many PA3/PA800 musikant demos in the past. I guess it would be better to try in person, but then I have to travel abroad.... even the international version is very hard to find in any shop in this country.
And yes, Don make things sound great, he know very well I'm a big fan. He is performing at the stereo in our motorhome too ....

We fully see eye to eye on the fact that the Korgs do not sound CD-ish and have not done so for a long long time. As a matter of fact I can still be awed when listening back to old recordings of myself with the Korg PA80 ( 2002-2005)and hear how live it all sounds, in particular the drums. Obviously we have progressed another ten years.... Sorry to hear you would have to travel such distances to be able to hear the real McCoy, I guess one of the few advantages of living together with so many people in such a small country is the fac that you will always find a music store with Korg and Yamaha in stock within 20 or 30 kilometres !!!!
Don, enjoy the fishing my friend. Music is great but there are few things to beat the outdoors !!!
They might not be available - this is the message I got:

After 30 seconds I got the same message ...
Don, I would imagine these would load into the Pa900 same as the PA3X did?
