... at least that is the way I look upon my keyboard playing as I do not have the gift of composing my own songs. Admittedly performing live to an audience as many of you here do requires a different approach. The audiences would expect you to play and sing the song the way they know and like it best, which often is the original version. However working at your arranger keyboard the sky is the limit to interpret the great (pop) songs that we are all familiar with.
How important an ARRANGEMENT can be is illustrated imho by the following examples in which the second version is actually more beautiful ( by a mile !) than the original version of the artist who composed and sang the song.

Thoroughly agree....That has been my approach to the Arranger Keyboard since I bought it in December...
