I'm back in the game !!!I've had a problem with update file for Midjay Pro .Yesterday I've got an E-mail from Ketron - they wrote me to connect with my Ketron dealer in Bulgaria.He sent to me a links - to connect to Google drive.The necessery files was put from Ketron to Google drive.I've downloaded it,installed it in my PC.There is an explanation.The necessery procedure was made with SD card.And now my Midjay Pro work again.They put me a new version - 1.4.0.But I'm not satisfied with it.I've installed an old version - 1.3.4.Everything,that I need is O.K. No more updates!!!!!!!!!!!

Ketron totally did not respond to my emails. Our local dealer also didn't has information. I do not know what to do....

I sold my SD7. Ketron not buy ever again. With this attitude to customers - let thei play on it.

Policy with Ketron and many other companies in the music branch is to only communicate trough their dealers.....

(Same goes for Yamaha, tough recently the yamaha synth division appointed a relations manager on the yamaha synth site... Tough Montage/Motif/moxf only, not for arrangers)

Communicate trough your reseller, thats the best way to go... Sadly many internet shops dont give any kind of aftersales support.

Other synthesizers do not have so many problems.
