Interesting.

But not the easiest to transport I would guess?

I see the Tama HT750 is pneumatic. I wonder how it compares to the HT741?

It actually weighs less than one of the thrones I tried once. And it rolls. I have a Ford Expedition and plenty of room.

The cushion looks like a good idea. I found cheaper cushions on Amazon and eBay. I don't take my heavy throne to gigs either, but if I need to, I take this light stool. I got it for $8.95 just a few years ago, but now $13 at Walmart

Another interesting idea.

I've tried chairs where I gig. Problem is, they are all way too low...even at the lowest setting on my keyboard stand.

I would usually need to be boosted two to three inches when I use one of the chairs at a gig. Maybe this cushion would do that?

I chose not to get the pneumatic, as I have had seals leak on some chairs I've had. Since this is of top quality, it probably would stand up, but it is so fast and simple to spin the collar to adjust height, I am glad I don't have to worry about anything going wrong. The cowhide seat is very tough, and has no scuffs in three years.

The comfort level, especially with the backrest, allowed me to play three hour gigs last Sat. and Sun. very comfortably.
