After an extended Yamaha Vocal harmony Hiatus just because I couldn't be happy with what Yamaha VH2 has provided thru the years with the T2, Psr3k,S950/S970 etc,..that's said I shamelessly weened myself totally off using the VH completely that I loved so much on previous Korgs, Ketron, Roland, Kbs etc,...but I decided the Yamaha sound and features although not perfect & sacrificing VH I went with Yamaha last two KB purchases,...but in back of my head TC Helicon was always my favorite choice and missed it dearly, not to mention for recording at home also,...I tried the Harmony M with my S units too, but it was too annoying to set up, adjust, extra wires, etc,..in that regard the Digitec VR was easier,...But now I'm happy to report that after a few hours tinkering with my Pa4x it all came back and when I plugged in the mic, set levels Fx etc,...and did a few songs on the pa4x I was blown away as it sounds simply amazing!!
The
tracking and quality is miles above Yamaha regarding VH,...that said and as a devout VH student of my mentor Uncle Dave I am back and adding once again Vocal Harmony to my songs like I did so many years on stage
.....let me repeat KORG has done an incredible job with this PA4x in so many ways for the Pro Player sound and feature wise. I know I held back purchaseing but I'm so glad I listened to my buddy Don Mason he was right again just sayin,....
On my next trip to LA again Don gets a big Hug and the drinks are on me!
