I don't mean to scare away any potential new Ketron buyers by posting this videos, but one must face the truth, which is, imho, that somehow this situations could have been avoided by initiating a sort of beta testing program...
If that's a consolation, we may take comfort from the fact that this happend and still happens to more awarded computer manufacturers, not to point at any of them specifically.
Being in the keyboard arranger market it's a tough game to play, no matter how innovative you are... A great deal of resources and money are required in order to achieve a decent OS. Now I speak for myself, as an user of the old Midjay and Audya 5, and I might say that the MIDJPRO has yet the best OS among them, despite the flaws described. ... and it will get better, of that I'm sure, due to this new kind of aproach they've taken...
