Any new arrangers as of yet at NAMM?

Not yet, but then not expected either, ..

Same as workstation releases, Motif had a lifespan of 6 years, Kronos is also almost 6 years, MOXF is 4 years old, FA06 also 4 years old and nothing on the horizon that promises an update to these instruments...

The only thing rapidly adavncing and improving are Vsts, and ipad apps.


When you look at tyros and you see that most people only update every other model, so from 3 to 5 or from 2 to 4... then its obvious why they are slowing down the new models... i do hope however that they also realise that this only works if they make the updates between instruments considerably bigger..

that Roland RD2000 looks awesome!

I heard a performance on the RD 2000 at the Roland booth and it sounded awesome. My wife Kerry took a video of a demonstration that I should be able to provide in a couple of days.
