I had subscribed to Keyboard Magazine for many years but I could see this coming. Currently the print version of the magazine is little more than than a thin pamphlet. It certainly isn't a magazine anymore. Despite joining with Electronic Musician I think that magazine will eventually fade away as well.

You know......you're right, Nigel. I still have the magazine on my desk. I just looked at it again from a different perspective. It IS nothing more than a 40 page pamphlet. But....to be fair......almost every one of those pages is an interesting read. I can't say there's a lot of fluff. The review of the Roland FP-90 (and the many Casio piano reviews in the past) stood out for me because I'm looking to buy a digital piano. Even the ads are appreciated as manufacturers are always posting their latest products.

At $15 a year subscription prices, that's the bargain of the century for musicians. I'm really sorry to see it go (along with the many computer magazines I used to read that are now online only.
