I disagree! The sound bar sounds AWESOME. It's seriously better than any on board speaker system I even used, and I've used most of them. The only drawback I had with the PAAS was the fact that Korg hard wired it to the output of the instrument only, and it will NOT let you monitor any audio you feed INTO the keyboard through the aux ins. That was a deal breaker for me. For sound quality, volume and punch - it's GREAT.

Hi folkes . I have an offer on a used (bought December 2016) pa4x . It's a private purchase and is selling for £2300. The guy that owns it is 87 and the learning curve is too steep for him . I do t know him personally . What do you all think ? He lives about 40 miles from me .

Forgot to mention it's the 76 key version

I got a brand new one for less... €2600 (vs €2650 for your used one)

Yet, if in mint condition, with some warranty left, i think its a good deal

I am very very close to pulling the trigger on this one .

Bacchus where would I find a brand new korg pa4x for 2600 euros ??? That would be a serious proposition and I would hold fire on the one I found if you can send me a link ?

Also has anyone tried the aiwa iOS 9 Bluetooth portable speaker as a keyboard amp ?

Imho you cannot find a new PA4X ( let alone a 76 version) for 2600 euros ( that would be approx. 2200 quid in your currency).
Forget about it and go for the one you have set your eyes on !!!!

regards
John

Thank you very much John. I think you are right. I am going to see the keyboard on Sunday and more than likely will bite. Has anyone had any experience of transferring song sequences from the P1 next to the PA 4 X ?

My main concern is that I have had my keyboard 10 years and have programmed literally hundreds of songs that I'm very proud of in the instrument. And I'm wondering what is the best way to try and transfer those songs onto the new keyboard. Any suggestions would be gratefully received
