Boo Hargis, or Brickboo, as he was known on the forum, was taken to the hospital near his home in Colorado a few days ago. Boo had taken Aleve, his heart rate went sky high, and he was having some problems breathing. The docs quickly got the heart rate under control, but the shortness of breath was a far greater problem, as it turns out. When I talked with him yesterday the docs had performed a CT Scan, which revealed he had pleural fluid on his lungs, which can be caused by any number of things from cardiac to a minor infection, and some other, more serious maladies. I didn't talk with him today, but will call him tomorrow to get an update. Boo is a tough old bird, and with luck, he'll get through this just fine. I'll keep you posted, Gary

I just got off the telephone with Boo, he's back home and will be wearing a heart and oxygen saturation monitor for the next few days - mainly to be on the safe side. His problem may have been caused by the side effects of Aleve, which list some of the symptoms that Boo displayed. He said he feels just fine now, and was headed out to walk his dogs. He said he will be posting again in the very near future on this forum and wishes everyone well. Gary
