At a guess I would say an audio file (Karaoke style) with the hands and fingers just moving for show. (There not actually playing anything) I could be wrong, but you did ask. Bill

Who cares WHAT he's playing? This is one of the worst I've ever seen. I'll tell you what. If you want to become a great OMB, do the exact opposite of everything he's doing. Learn to sing, learn to play more than one chord (if he's actually playing), sign up at Toastmasters and learn how NOT to be hum-drum in your delivery to an audience, wear something that doesn't make you look like the referee at the Jack Dempsy-Gene Tunney prizefight 70 years ago, and above all......SMILE, even if you have no teeth!
Available for hotels & vacations, resorts, touristic villages, lobby, lounge cocktail gigs, cruise ships, restaurants and casinos, experience in providing live music in restaurants, clubs, events or cruise ship with a rich repertoire of international music in English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Greek with a variety of musical styles from years' 50 to today (cover, evergreen, ambient, cafe-concert), maintaining a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere on board.

As many noted, he doesn't seem to be playing the arranger keyboard. So he is basically singing with Karaoke backup. I don't mean to be sarcastic at all, but at least, he doens't play the wrong chords that way. Nothing is worse than playing an arranger with the wrong chords because the whole "band" is playing the wrong notes....
I can't say much about his playing because he's not really playing. He sounds and looks better in the second video. Maybe not a polished singer, but he does have some redeeming qualities; hid mid to low voice has a good resonance and it's a natural, pleasant voice. After reading DonM's observation, I looked carefully, he never blinked his eyes. I checked the country code. He is in Romania. Maybe what he does and how he does it works for him. I wish him well.

Forget the KB, ....just grab a mic & sing to backing tracks you record with your arranger less gear to carry,...nobody cares. In his defense his voice isn't that bad & take into consideration that hes Romanian and probably in his language is much better singing vs English.I admire people who are multi lingual.
