Most of them. But if you want to be absolutly safe, just get a SanDisk Cruiser. Personally, I've used any and every thing that's been on sale and never had a compatibility problem. ADATA is a nice combination of price and performance. Assuming you've got a 3.0 port, make sure you get a 3.0 USB drive as the difference in speed is significant.

Zuki, if you are actually wanting the old 1994 Iomega Zip Drive I have to ask why? I doubt you would ever find newer versions of that old system.

I wonder if you were meaning to ask about thumb drives?

Deane is right, the Medium is obsolete, The actuall cartridges created over 20 years ago might even be unreliable for save use a nd data protection after 20 years..

They dont support Windows anymore, the last OS they officially supported was Windows XP... So if you only want to recover the old data, you might need to find someone with an old XP computer and copy them to a USB drive.

Zuki,
I seem to remember when the Zip Drive became obsolete there was a company that produced a gadget that would work with the Zip Drive and worked with an SD Card. You might google that.

I did find these:

Older working XP laptops can be found on Craigslist for around $50.

My USB Zip drive worked perfect in win 10 home 64bit.
tested it last week.
it showed up as a Zip100 usb device in device manager and all my disks were read n writable.
Also I didn't need to find or install any drivers

Thanks everyone. Yes, I picked up an old VA76 (don't even think it was touched - absolutely beautiful and like new). I love the key bed and having a blast (I think it's my 5th one, as this product always has excited me).

Anyway, I have communicated with a couple zip sellers that swear theirs recognizes 10 perfectly.

Fran, thanks for everything. To my surprise, there was a zip in the zip slot already! What a deal.

Hopefully I can get one soon that works.

Can the VA76 be converted to a USB drive port of some kind?

Are you looking for a disk or the drive? I think there's a new disk at my local pawn shop, here in PA.

No, to my surprise, it had the zip disk in the zip drive! I am having so much fun exploring the many things this thing will do and it sound so terrific. Fun to have an extra board. I will take this live in a heartbeat. Underrated board, for sure.

Va7 and VA76 were the first Roland arrangers to use stereo samples..
