This greatest stool in the world goes with it. It used to be $8.95 just a few years back.

in no way shape or form would I ever trust my kb on a stand like that from Walmart..

But if I did ever decided to use this style of utility stand very unlikely it would be one of these.

Donny........they look like Jungle Bars you'd find at the children's playground in some park. If I had to go with one of those stands, I WOULD buy the Walmart one.

Now......it was said both humorously and seriously (for home use).

And this is said "seriously" also. I would never use one of those type of stands (drunk comes by and knocks your keyboard right off the stand). And especially not while I still have 3-4 precious USS tubular stands that they made years ago that I use for my stage work. I've tried them all.....My main stand is an IQ2000..

I'm playing mostly piano and accordion now so the stand is buried in the corner of the room. This one made by Jasper (Germany) is the same. The old USS stands even have a "t-stand" setup. The sides are an inverted T and as many tiers as you need going up the "T" sides. Setup time even better.......probably about 12 seconds.

This one is the real tall version. I use the "shoulder height" ones for two tiers.

I still use several USS A-frame systems; I keep one set up at home, and one folded and in the garage ready to take on gigs. Setup time is ~5 seconds. And someone years ago, when moving to a retirement home and needing to downsize, gave me enough parts to make 2 or 3 more (haven't used a lot of those parts yet). Found 2 photos (from a few years back) showing my rigs with the A-frames in use:

I love having wide open space below for pedals and such (although I don' t bring/play MIDI organ pedals very often any more)...
