I have had this bench for years, along with my throne. I find it very comfortable and easily carried. Good choice.

Wow! I gave that exact same seat to Joe Ayala a few years ago because it had been sitting around in my office collecting dust for years. I didn't like it because it didn't have a back rest, which I considered a necessity with my bad back. I switched to this one for a couple reasons. It positioned me higher, almost to standing height, provided me with a foot rest and back rest, and I modified the seat and made it about 30 percent larger and twice a thick to make it more comfortable. The only downside is the seat weighs about 28-pounds and you can catch your fingers easily when folding it up for transportation. Good luck, Gary

Yes, easy fold down with spring latch and adjusts from 19.5 to 24.5 inches.

I have one like that an older model which has fixed metal clasps instead of the spring clips. More secure. If you setting up,quick make sure, those spring clips are fully inserted, into the holes and screwed tight. They tend to work their way loose . Been carrying mine with a mic stand in a duffle beg for years.
