Carnival usually have a piano bar on their boats, always packed. I was on Celebrity Equinox last year and whilst one bar had a duo using the piano, there was not a specific piano bar. Certainly all the fixed pianos I've seen on cruise ships have been proper 5 / 6 foot baby grands and always in good order.
