Unless, I missed it, I didn't hear a B3 sim comparison. I too, thought the sounds too close to be decisive on that criteria alone. If Yamaha's SuperArticulation voices would've been compared to the Korg's DNC sounds, then the winner would be easier to choose. Keep in mind, too, Yamaha's Ensemble feature, which is great. But then korg has fully edditable sounds and soundcreation from scratch on board, which allows you to create your own DNC voices.. and not just realistic ones, but also synth ones.. altough i must admit, when i do create my own sounds (which requires a huge time investment, and thats something that is a problem right now) i prefer doing so on the kronos.. The ensemble feature is however one of the things i do still miss after switching from T5 to pa4x, it is an awesome thing...

.... but as always EQ has alot to do with these demos,
Agree about EQ settings. Korg sounds 'drier and softer' as it is here. Fits my taste well. Genos has a lot of effects right out of the box that make it sound more 'crisp and wide'. + for sax and guitars. As most of you say here, both are 'King of the hill' no matter what you choose.. I wish I could have both of them here right now ...... Gunnar, Do you have Genos? Forget this post, I see from another post, your response.
