Thank you folks, thank you very much (in best Elvis voice). Chas, you are "dead" right about the diet. I am doing low carbs again; it is actually what my Cardiologist recommends and has worked well for me before. Had turkey and green beans for dinner today. Earl, I am very flattered. I do a good number of blues songs, according to the audience. Rikki, you are so kind! As for the Gator tails, they really aren't that common up here in North Louisiana, but they are good. I will be having boiled or grilled shrimp, baked or broiled fish, or fried with low-carb batter, steak, certain vegetables, lots of salad, etc. I can live with that. At least I hope so!!!
