Bet you love that guitar Col. ( reminiscent of the Shadows in a way). Like it a lot. Though a great fan of Brian Wilson ( a musical genius no less, I am notf familiar with this song. I hate the style though, very boring and bland..... as to the vocaliser I think it is overdone as is most often the case with those using it.After all there is always a touch of 'digitalism' in the harmonizer hence it should be used with moderation imho. Thanks for posting,

I’ve heard this robotic, artificial sound on other TC harmonizers before. Not sure if it’s the patch, or the artifact of tight harmonies. None the less...not a great example.
Col thanx for post...........love hearing Vh on any keyboard I wish more would post their VH songs so we can compare quality, tracking etc.. especially genos to compare..

It's so hard to get it like the real thing. I personally have not, from anyone, heard appealing stuff, although UD was damn close. Oh and the guitar guy doing Everly Bros was very good too. This is not a slam on vocal ability, only the ability of the harmonizer itself

Talking Harmonizers, this is my latest toy which I use on it's own for small gigs or with one or two Maui5's for larger rooms.
Ultra compact, 1 tablet, 1 mic, 1 stand and sometimes a guitar. Without the guitar the whole lot weighs in at 11 lbs. It's a FX150 (150W) plus a Play Acoustic in one box. Brilliant.
Col the TC helicon "singthing" with fx & Vocal harmony too!! is really cool.... would be great for a lightweight nursing gigs and so much cheaper then the bose S1 unit..

Hi Donny
When it arrived I took one look and thought blow me down that's so small, I'll be quite honest I didn't think it would be up to the job but after half a dozen jobs I am really impressed, not only with the power but also with the coverage. I walk into the gig with a shortened mic stand in one hand and the SingThing case in the other including MP75 mic, tablet and cables. Two or three minutes to set up and off you go. The harmony tracks (Aux input) very well as you would expect from TC.
My audiences these days are only interested in the vocals and having a sing along. If they're happy that's all that matters.
