None of the apps at this link is what Montunoman is looking for.
Montunoman, you might want to check into the following apps;
1. Anytune Pro +
More of a practice app but it can serve as a performing app. Slow down tempo, adjusting pitch(does an excellent job, repeating loops, setting marks, remote control by MIDI, Bluetooth keyboard, or foot pedals. I find many old audio files on Youtube are off pitch, and you can correct the pitch in this app. A free version to try out
You can make your own playlists.
2. Grinta
Mp3, MP3 with lyrics, MP3+G, and MIDI depending on the version you get. A free version to try out. I use the free version. This is an Italian company that makes serious backup music hardware.

ForescoreI might add that as you probably know yourself, you can associate an audio file with a PDF in Forescore so that while it displays the sheet music, it will also play the backup.
