Yes Demo 3 is my new Roland Go Keys... Read my first impression.
Roland GO Keys
My first impression of the Go Keys..
The keys have an ivory feel to them.. and are better than most synth keys.
The sound source is the same as the JunoDS..
The Go Keys is a stripped down Juno DS61..
All the features of the GO KEYS are from the Juno DS. less the editing capabilities of the JunoDS.
The Go Keys has Bluetooth midi and audio.. they work well..
The audio input is great to add other devices that are not Bluetooth capable.
The Loop mix is fun to use and will keep young folks interest.
They are more towards modern type music.. Trance, funk, house, hiphop etc. but also covers latin, classic rock etc.
There are 22 sets X 57 variations for 1,320 loops.
You can also overdub 8 keyboard tracks...
Patterns can be chord changed to follow what you play..
All can be recorded as SMF 0..
There are 554 tones on board including the GM2 sounds.. All are decent sounds and many are exceptional.
32 drum kits are also included..
The Go keys has very decent speakers (only 2.5 watts per side) and have great volume..
I wanted a fun keyboard that can serve as a keyboard controller with compact size, decent key feel,
Bluetooth options and decent monitor.
A good Roland sound source, and USB connective abilities..
The Go Keys fullfilled this perfectly.. at $300 new... it turned out to be a bargain..
